The "new normal" economy is about to collide with the still accelerating pressures on the workplace in a spectacular fashion, challenging operators and HR execs in old and new ways. Our response is Summer Camp.

The vision: a conference unlike any previously experienced by attendees. A casual, user-driven format that provides content in multiple presentation venues and formats. Main stage speakers will address universal service sector workforce issues, while short-burst "T.E.D."-like presentations and workshops delve into new ideas, best practices, technologies, and platforms to address specific workplace needs and conundrums. This event will focus on the chain foodservice industry, but will also include participants from other service sector employers such as retail, grocery and healthcare.

Summer Camp will be fun, casual, packed with opportunities to network, join us in community service, take part in our first Summer Camp Talent Competition, dance, karaoke and get your picture taken for your social media avatar by one of the best photags in the business. Yes, you really can wear flip flops; after all – it’s summer!
